LIAM Picks

Sunday...

Rams at Cowboys, PICK: Cowboys
My suicide pick. No brainer.

Texans at Falcons, PICK: Texans
Falcons are struggling big time. Not sure what hope they have.

Ravens at Browns, PICK: Ravens
I thought about taking the Browns...but the Ravens are too strong on D.

Raiders at Dolphins, PICK: Raiders
Daunte finally!!! Good move by the Raiders.

Bears at Lions, PICK: Bears
Bears versus Lions. What a great matchup this would be in real life. I gotta think that a bear would be able to maul a Lion. I'm sticking with that.

Jets at Bills, PICK: Jets
Gotta agree with Bitch on this one. The Bills are struggling with some serious injuries. Not sure that I love the Jets, but with Pennington back (for at least a quarter) they should have enough to win.

Packers at Vikings, PICK: Vikes
These two always play close games. It feels like the Packers are usually on the winning end of most matchups, but I'm man enough to stick with my boys. GO VIKES!!!

Steelers at Cardinals, PICK: Steelers
This was almost my suicide pick...but I have made a vow to stick with the home team in that league. Closer game that expected, but the Steelers should have enough to get past the Cards.

Seahawks at 49ers, PICK: Seahawks
I don't really understand the 49ers success. They seem to have a good team concept, much like the Pats of old...or new...whatever. Frank Gore is a beast. But it's the Seahawks.

Bucs at Panthers, PICK: Panthers
As much as Bitch likes to pretend, I don't like the Bucs.

Broncos at Colts, PICK: Colts
Yawn. When does Manning get a challenge?

Chiefs at Chargers, PICK: Chargers
Larry Johnson started to finally wake up last weekend...but this Chargers team is dangerous. I don't like the Chiefs as a team very much. Someone has to score, and it's gonna be LJ...but it won't be enough to win. Chargers NEED this win.

Eagles at Giants, PICK: Giants
I don't like the Giants, but there's NO CHANCE that I am going to be stuck taking the Bengals tomorrow night. In an effort to keep Bitch and from tying, I will take the Giants, but I don't like it.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Patriots at Bengals, PICK: Patriots
If there is a better team out there I would like to see it. They are scary good.

Swing Games:
Bears (Liam) at Lions (Ling)
Packers (Ling) at Vikings (Liam)
Steelers (Liam) at Cardinals (Ling)

SEASON TO DATE... 33-15 to Liam's 27-21
Hey Bitch...it's a LONG season. Plenty of time to make up for my past mistakes.

Good Luck. May the best Bitch win.

LING: NFL Picks Week 4

Sunday...

Rams at Cowboys, PICK: Cowboys
No problem for the 'boys in big D.

Texans at Falcons, PICK: Texans
I'm picking the Texans on the road... unbelievable.

Ravens at Browns, PICK: Ravens
Last year the Browns upset the Ravens at home early in the season, something tells me the Ravens will not get caught again this year.

Raiders at Dolphins, PICK: Raiders
Lane Kiffin and the Raiders are coming off a big win last week against the Browns. I like Culpepper and the Raiders to get a big road win here.

Bears at Lions, PICK: Lions
The Bears are in turmoil and the Lions need a bounce back game after getting smoked by the Eagles last week.

Jets at Bills, PICK: Jets
The Bills are in deep trouble, after a good performance in the first week the Bills have gone progressively downhill and now JP Losman is out and the Bills are going with rookie QB Trent Edwards.

Packers at Vikings, PICK: Packers
Liam should man up and take his Vikings at home, where the Packers usually struggle. C'mon Bitch...

Steelers at Cardinals, PICK: Cardinals
Upset special, I like the Steelers' ex-coaches to out coach the new Steelers coaches and the Cardinals at home.

Seahawks at 49ers, PICK: Seahawks
I have to stick with my 'hawks with this pick but I have an uneasy feeling about it.

Bucs at Panthers, PICK: Panthers
David Carr is in the saddle in Carolina, I'm with Carr and the Panthers.

Broncos at Colts, PICK: Colts
Colts at home versus the struggling Broncos... hmmmm... tough call on this one.

Chiefs at Chargers, PICK: Chargers
Look for LDT to have a breakout game... finally.

Eagles at Giants, PICK: Giants
I'm with Eli and company at home... The Eagles are flying high after a win last week but so are the Giants.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Patriots at Bengals, PICK: Patriots
Tom Brady takes on the Bengals defense. The Bengals will have to shock the football world to pick up the victory here.

SEASON TO DATE... 33-15 to Liam's 27-21... how do you like me now Bitch? I'm up two weeks to one.

I'm Going Streaking!

I'm streakin'!

It's SNF, and I've already wrapped up this week's picks thanks to the Packers, Bucs, Chiefs, and Raiders!

Tonight the Cowboys and tomorrow the Titans should add insult to the situation... but if for some reason they don't... I'm still streakin'!

Stay tuned for next week's picks when I continue my dominance in NFL picking.

Week 3 Picks

Well, well, well...here we are, all tied up after two weeks. Not too surprising as Bitch and I have had a $1 bet going on just about everything for the past 7 years (at least), and the total winnings are somewhere in the high single digits or low double digits. So, knowing that this weekend will likely be the same; a win or two on either side....here are my winning picks:

Sunday...Lions at Eagles, PICK: Eagles
I'm going to use some of my sneaky information on this one. I had breakfast the other day with a prominent ESPN analyst and he told me that he went over some film, and the Eagles team isn't as bad as their record indicates. Looking for a big win this weekend from a team I have no love for.

Cardinals at Ravens, PICK: Ravens
The Baltimore D is just too strong. Not sure who is going to be getting any points for the Ravens, but a field goal or two should be enough.

Colts at Texans, PICK: Colts
As much as the Texans are getting some hype about playing well....they're not playing THAT well that they can defeat the Super Bowl Champs. Sorry guys. Maybe in a few years.

Chargers at Packers, PICK: Chargers
Bitch is smoking something. Sure the Chargers aren't playing as well as they should. And sure the Pack are overperforming right now.....but come on: it's the Chargers versus the Packers. Maybe I've been drinking too much of the juice, but this won't be close.

Bills at Patriots, PICK: Patriots
No brainer. Pats. Can you believe that they got the Brady - Moss connection for a 4th round pick. Scary. Makes them not need the first rounder they lost for cheating.

Rams at Bucs, PICK: Rams
At some point the Rams and Steven Jackson are going to go OFF! They have too. They have too many weapons at their disposal. I know that Pace is out for the year, but wasn't he gone last year too? It's not like SJax is their only guy. They have weapons who should be able to step it up.

Dolphins at Jets, PICK: Jets
I agree with Bitch. This is also the game that I picked for my survivor pool. Chad Pennington should be good enough to get past the 'phins.

49ers at Steelers, PICK: Steelers
I have a friend that is going to this game, and she assured me that Big Ben looks good in tight pants. That has nothing to do with anything, but I like the Steelers.

Vikings at Chiefs, PICK: Vikings
Will I man-up. It has nothing to do with that. The Chiefs are a running team. The Vikes can, better than any other team in the league, STOP the run. The jury is still out on TJax, but if they can get a couple scores they should be good enough.

Browns at Raiders, PICK: Browns
Brady who???? Long live Derek Anderson. It's not that I like the Browns much more than last year....okay, maybe a little....but the Raiders are going with Josh McCown as their starter. They have the greatest QB of all time in Daunte...so why not use him?!?!?!? I curse them. For now.

Jaguars at Broncos, PICK: Broncos
Broncos at home. Sounds relatively safe to me.

Bengals at Seahawks, PICK: Seahawks
Tough matchup here...but I agree with Bitch. At home the 'hawks are just a hair better. Should be a good game for fantasy points.

Panthers at Falcons, PICK: Panthers
The Falcons could have come out of the gate like the Saints of last year. But they didn't. They came out of the gate like Bitch off the starting blocks. Slow and not very graceful. Look for Steve Smith and crew to light it up.

Giants at Redskins, PICK: Redskins
At home, I take the 'skins. Bitch has a mancrush on Jason Campbell....and from what I saw last week, make room for me.

Cowboys at Bears, PICK: Bears
WOW....this could be one of the most interesting matchups of the year. I HATE Rex, but the Bears D is pretty good. The Cowboys have been on FIRE with their attack. Great Offense versus Great Defense. I'll take the home team.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Titans at Saints, PICK: Saints
This was a tough call here. The determining factor was that if I didn't take the Saints then we would have an even number of swing games. That being said, I was leaning towards taking the home team to finally show up. The Saints can't be this bad. Can they?

SEASON TO DATE... 20-12

SEVEN (WOW) SWING GAMES:
Lions (Ling) vs Eagles (Liam)
Chargers (Liam) at Packers (Ling)
Rams (Liam) at Bucs (Ling)
Vikings (Liam) at Chiefs (Ling)
Browns (Liam) at Raiders (Ling)
Cowboys (Ling) at Bears (Liam)
Titans (Ling) at Saints (Liam)

Good Luck Bitch. As always, may the best Bitch win.

It sucks that you got screwed out of your trip. Rain check for when the Buds are in town against the Flyers.

LING: NFL Picks Week 3

Sunday...

Lions at Eagles, PICK: Lions
I'm going against the Eagles until someone gives me a reason not to.

Cardinals at Ravens, PICK: Ravens
Cardinals are coming across the country and playing in Baltimore at 1PM.... I like Kyle Boller the Ravens in this one.

Colts at Texans, PICK: Colts
Sorry Texans, the luck runs out this week without Andre Johnson.

Chargers at Packers, PICK: Packers
I'm going all-in on the Packers this week at home, in an early game against the Chargers. I'm not impressed with the Chargers thus far and I think Bret Favre is going to finesse the Packers to a win at home.

Bills at Patriots, PICK: Patriots
The schedule is not doing a lot to help out the poor Bills recover from the Kevin Everett incident. This week the Patriots are going to thump the Bills in Foxboro.

Rams at Bucs, PICK: Bucs
Again, I'm going against the struggling Rams and taking the home team Bucs.

Dolphins at Jets, PICK: Jets
Pennington will be back in the saddle and probably on better terms with Jets fans. Look for the Jets to win and win big.

49ers at Steelers, PICK: Steelers
The 49ers come all the way across the country to get thumped by the Steelers.

Vikings at Chiefs, PICK: Chiefs
What a horrible game. There is no way I can pick Tarvaris Jackson on the road. Will Liam man-up and go with his Vikings two weeks in a row?

Browns at Raiders, PICK: Raiders
Let the cries for Brady Quinn return! The Raiders defend the Black Hole.

Jaguars at Broncos, PICK: Broncos
Jay Cutler has been far from spectacular so far this season, maybe the hurting Jags are just what the the Broncos need.

Bengals at Seahawks, PICK: Seahawks
Going with my Seahawks at home. On the road the Seahawks might be iffy this year but there is no de-railing the Seahawks in Seattle.

Panthers at Falcons, PICK: Panthers
Over the last few years the Falcons have owned the Panthers... #7 doesn't play in Atlanta anymore and I expect that 2007 will mark the year that the Panthers get their revenge on the Falcons.

Giants at Redskins, PICK: Redskins
All of a sudden everyone is jumping on the Jason Campbell bandwagon. Make room for me.

Cowboys at Bears, PICK: Cowboys
Sure... this is in Chicago but there is no way I can go with Rex Grossman. The Cowboys are the best team in the NFC right now and until someone beats them I'm going with the Cowboys against every team in the NFC.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Titans at Saints, PICK: TITANS!
I don't want to pick this game. The Saints are finally getting home but are hurting at 0-2 with two tough road losses. I'm going with Vince Young and the tough Titans D to win the day in New Orleans.

SEASON TO DATE... 20-12

Saturday, September 15, 2007

LING: NFL Picks Week 2

Sunday...

Texans at Panthers, PICK: Panthers
I would pick the Texans if they were in Houston, but playing this game in Carolina leads me to go with the Panthers.

Bengals at Browns, PICK: Bengals
Unleash Brady Quinn!

Falcons at Jaguars, PICK: Jaguars
Falcons suck.

Packers at Giants, PICK: Giants
Again, going with the home team for no other reason then that they are the home team.

Bills at Steelers, PICK: Steelers
The Bills looked good last week, they almost took the game from the Broncos and won me week 1. In Pittsburgh I like Big Ben and company to roll.

49ers at Rams, PICK: 49ers
I did not like what I saw from the Rams last week and despite the fact that the 49ers are coming off of a short week, I like the Niners to put pressure on Bulger and get passed the Rams.

Saints at Bucs, PICK: Saints
I've been reading about people picking the Bucs in this game. No way, the Saints will get back on track against Tampa in Week 2. Liam tries to deny his love for the Bucs but he moved to Tampa to be closer to his man-friend Chris Simms. Sure, now he lives in Philadelphia but that's only because the only team he loves more then the Bucs are the Eagles! You make me sick Bitch.

Colts at Titans, PICK: Colts
ESPN's The Talented Mr. Roto picked the Titans... not even I believe in Vince Young that much... yet.

Seahawks at Cardinals, PICK: Seahawks
Cardinals couldn't finish the deal last week against the 49ers, thus they have no chance at getting the best of the Seahawks this weekend.

Vikings at Lions, PICK: Lions
Liam man's up and takes his Vikings... poor choice this week.

Cowboys at Dolphins, PICK: Cowboys
Tony Romo is in a position to put up BIG numbers against this crappy Dolphins team.

Jets at Ravens, PICK: J-E-T-S, JETS JETS JETS
Going large. Jets need this game and the Ravens looked horrible this weekend. I'll take Kellen Clemens over pretty boy Kyle Boller, especially with the Ravens coming off the short week.

Chiefs at Bears, PICK: Bears
#1 Highlight of the Chiefs season... 17 weeks of fantastic Herm Edwards press conferences. Herm Edwards... thumbs up.

Raiders at Broncos, PICK: Broncos
Broncos at Mile High will be too much for the Raiders this week.

Chargers at Patriots, PICK: Patriots
Cheaters. Not cheaters. Don't care. Patriots.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Redskins at Eagles, PICK: Eagles
I want to take the Redskins but that would be an equal amount of swing games for the week, so I'll bite and take the Eagles to bounce back from their poor performance last week against the Packers.

SEASON TO DATE... 11-5 (.687)

Swing Games...
49ers (Ling) at Rams (Liam)
Vikings (Liam) at Lions (Ling)
Jets (Ling) at Ravens (Liam)

Week 2 Picks

I hope that Bitch has recovered from the ass-whooping I laid on him last weekend. Actually, it was damn close as two games came down to the final minutes. It really could have gone either way...kinda like Bitch.

Week 2 Matchups:

Houston at Carolina:
Pick: Carolina
I like them in my survivor pool too. Just too much talent in Steve Smith to pick the Texans. And not enough talent for Houston.

Cincinatti at Cleveland:
Pick: Cincinatti
Again, too much firepower at Carson Palmer's fingertips to take the Browns. It's quite ridiculous what he has to work with. Ocho Cinco, TJ Whosyamamma, and Rudi are WAY too much for the Browns.

Atlanta at Jacksonville:
Pick: Jacksonville
I didn't like what I saw from the Falcons last weekend against my Vikes. The Vikes are not a great team...and they manhandled the Falcons. Jacksonville should have a similar type day.

Green Bay at NY Giants:
Pick: NY Giants
See what I get for expressing my feelings. My mancrush Brandon Jacobs is down and out. Manning is also potentially out for this game...but he may sack up and decide to play. If he ever hopes to come out from under his brother's shadow he will have to do it with some gritty play. My gut tells me that he is going to start. How successful he is dictates whether the Giants win or lose. I like the Giants in a tight affair.

Buffalo at Pittsburgh:
Pick: Pittsburgh
I hate Buffalo. Although, I hope Lynch runs for about 150 and two scores. I just hope that it's not enough to get past the Steele.

San Francisco at St. Louis:
Pick: St. Louis
I wasn't really all that impressed with the 49ers last weekend. I applaud Alex Smith for his last minute heroics...but the rest of the game stunk. Look for the Rams to score easy and often. And SJax to have a HUGE bounce back game.

New Orleans at Tampa Bay:
Pick: New Orleans
For some reason Bitch seems to think that I have some affinity for the God-awful Suckaneers. I don't. Not in the least. Look for Drew Breese to show us all why he was taken as one of the first QBs off the Fantasy Board.

Indianapolis at Tennessee:
Pick: Indy
Not even close. Not even close at the half. It's days like this that I wish I had any Indy WR on my fantasy team.

Seattle at Arizona:
Pick: Seattle
'Zona sucked last weekend. Seattle is good. I love the Cards WR, but they don't have enough to compete with Bitch's 'Hawks.

Minnesota at Detroit:
Pick: Minnesota Vikings !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quick name the only player EVER to have 100 yards rushing AND a 60 yard TD pass in his debut. Adrian Peterson. Pretty impressive eh?! Not sure it's enough to get past a vastly improved Lions team. BUT...I am going to bet with my heart on this one. It's close...and the Vikes have had some success at Ford Field (5-0) and have won the last 11 meetings between these two teams. It might be time for the Lions to step up.....but I hope not.

Dallas at Miami:
Pick: Dallas
Romo looked reeeeallllly good last weekend. He made it look incredibly easy. I don't think that Miami is going to be able to do much against the Cowboys attack. Look for a blowout.

NY Jets at Baltimore:
Pick: Baltimore
Can Chad Pennington last in the NFL for more than 3 games without going down with an injury? The Ravens will attack the NYJ QB and if it is Chad, he's gonna have a hard time getting up.

Kansas City at Chicago:
Pick: Chicago
No brainer. KC is not a good team. They do have Larry Johnson, but the Chicago D should be able to somewhat contain him. At least enough to keep the win.

Oakland at Denver:
Pick: Denver
Oakland is a mess right now. I think that Daunte might be able to come in and run with the starting QB gig. That being said, I don't think they have enough to win against the run happy Broncos.

San Diego at New England:
Pick: New England
What happens now that NE can't steal the plays of other teams??? I think that Tom Brady will still find a way to win. When you have players like Randy Moss, Donte Stallworth, and Laurence Maroney you should be okay. Don't get me wrong, this will be a very close game...but the good QBs always find a way to win. At least, Brady does.

Washington at Philadelphia:
Pick: Philadelphia
I'm sorry Erin. I hate the Eagles. I will be chearing for the 'Skins 110% of the way...but I just don't think they have enough to get past the Eagles. Look for McNabb to shake off the rust from a long layoff and get back on track. It won't be a laugher...but it won't be too close either.

Season to Date:
Liam: 12-4
Bitch: 11-5

Good Luck Bitch

Thursday, September 13, 2007

V-Jack

It could be a big year for the San Diego Chargers with Norv Turner, the offensive mastermind, taking over as head coach of the Chargers.

The #1 receiving weapon for the Chargers is Vincent Jackson and Liam and I have a series of three bets as to how Jackson will perform this season.

I'm taking the over on these stats...

80 catches, 1100 yards, 10 TDs.

Wednesday, September 12, 2007

Tension you could cut with a knife......

Great finish to a few games this weekend. A walkoff field goal in Denver. A last second drive for the 49ers. All in all....a cool buck to this Bitch right here. A check for $.50 is in the mail for Alex Smith, who finally decided he wanted to play the game with a few minutes left. Cudos Alex.

LING: NFL Picks Week 1

Thursday...

Saints at Colts, PICK: Indianapolis
I could only wish Liam could man-up and take the Saints in this game but that's not going to happen. Colts to win. I will have the rest of my picks in as they become relevant.

Sunday...

Eagles at Packers, PICK: Eagles
This is my lock-down Eliminator pick too. I hate the Eagles and to take a road team as an Eliminator pick in week 1 is usually insane... but the Eagles are a lock this week.

Atlanta at Minnesota, PICK: Vikings
Two bad teams, take the home team.

Dolphins at Redskins, PICK: Redskins
I have zero faith in Trent Green, give me the 'skins at home.

Patriots at Jets, PICK: Patriots
A tough divisional road match-up for the Patriots but it's time for the Patriots to unleash all the weapons they acquired in the offseason.

Titans at Jaguars, PICK: VINCE YOUNG!
Vince Young will get it done in Jacksonville. Believe.

Broncos at Bills, PICK: Buffalo
That's right, Bitch hates the Bills and I like the Bills this year. Liam's Grandma will not be able to help the Broncos on Sunday.

Steelers at Browns, PICK: Steelers
Mis-match.

Panthers at Rams, PICK: Rams
Until Delhomme is out as QB I'm picking against the Panthers. Liam is a ram-lover.

Chiefs at Texans, PICK: Texans
Give me Matt Schaub and company at home against the Chiefs who are going to be limiting carries given to Larry Johnson.

Bucs at Seahawks, PICK: Seahawks
If Liam was a man he would man-up and pick his old hometown favourite team.

Bears at Chargers, PICK: Chargers
The Bears are just traveling too far to be able to deal with the Chargers.

Lions at Raiders, PICK: Raiders
Upset special pick. The game is in Oakland. I like the Raiders defense to be very good and causing problems for Martz's offense.

Giants at Cowboys, PICK: Cowboys
Liam has a crush on a dude name Brandon.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Ravens at Bengals, PICK: Bengals
I like Carson Palmer too have a big year this year so I need to put my picks in-line with that belief. Go Bengals.

Cardinals at 49ers, PICK: Cardinals
Do not believe the 49ers hype. Matt Leinart comes back to Cali and leads his Cardinals to a big win on MNF.

SEASON TO DATE... 0-0

Swing games...
Titans (Ling) at Jacksonville (Liam)
Denver (Liam) at Buffalo (Ling)
Kansas City (Liam) at Houston (Ling)
Lions (Liam) at Raiders (Ling)
Cardinals (Ling) at San Francisco (Liam)

Week 1 Picks

I "pussy footed" into the season last year? I believe that we started in week 3 or maybe week 4. Get your facts straight Bitch.

I will have my picks up before the games this weekend...as for tomorrow night - No chance for the Saints. Colts all the way.

Sunday...

Eagles at Packers
PICK: Eagles
The Pack are getting better...but they're not there yet. Eagles are 4-0 in their last four trips to Lambeau. Sorry Brett.

Atlanta at Minnesota
PICK: Vikings
Much like last year's Saints - the Falcons could come out totally shellshocked because they lost their "leader" or they could rally around not having that dog killer around. My bet is that Vikes will be ready to take advantage of one of the few winnable games they have this year. Also, the Falcons are run based, and the Vikes are pretty darn good against the rush (see #1 last year).

Dolphins at Redskins
PICK: Redskins
The 'fins are not as bad as in recent years....that being said, I know who butters my bread. Gotta go with the 'Skins.

Patriots at Jets
PICK: Patriots
Ditto. Jets might surprise some teams this year....it just won't be the Patriots. Like everyone including Chad Pennington's mom, I take the Pats.

Titans at Jaguars
PICK: Jaguars
For all the hype about Vince Young, he IS on the cover of Madden. That is enough of a reason to go with the Jags at home.

Broncos at Bills
PICK: Broncos
I hate anything to do with Buffalo. GO BRONCOS! I am in constant awe of a team that can take ANY rusher and turn him into a 1,000 yard back. Hell, my grandma could rush for 1,500 yards there - WAY TO GO GRANNY!

Steelers at Browns
PICK: Steelers
The Browns still have an NFL team? Steelers are way too strong to lose to the Browns here.

Panthers at Rams
PICK: Rams
It's been almost 6 years since the Panthers lost to the Rams. Although, the Rams didn't have S-Jax last time they met. Look for a great game, the edge just going to the Rams. Home field has to count for something, right?!

Chiefs at Texans
PICK: Chiefs
In the fantasy world everyone has been hesitant to take Larry Johnson because of how much he has been used for the past two seasons. I can see that point, but he should be more than enough to get past the Texans. Chiefs take this one.

Bucs at Seahawks
PICK: Seahawks
Alexander the Great is back!

Bears at Chargers
PICK: Chargers
It's a shame that one team has to lose here. This should be a fantastic game to watch....certainly Sports Bar worthy (if it's not available on our new 42" HD TV). It's not that I don't believe in the Bears D, I do....but I'm a stronger believer in the Chargers O. Just too many weapons. Even though I might lose a buck in the long run, I hope Jackson goes for 100 yards and a score.

Lions at Raiders
PICK: Lions
It's could be fun to watch the Lions this year. If you liked the Rams of the late 90's you might really enjoy watching the Lions take to the air. There aren't many teams with more weapons at the WR position (Fitz and Boldin are better). I'll take the Lions in a close one.

Giants at Cowboys
PICK: Cowboys
My name is Liam and I have a mancrush on Brandon Jacobs. Not only is he from my Alma Matter (Go Salukis), but he's built like a freight train. If this game were in New York (or New Jersey) I would have to go with the Giants...but at home, Romo and TO are too much for the Giants.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Ravens at Bengals
PICK: Benglas
WOW....tough call here. And this decision is not based on how strong the Raven's D is, but on how suspect the Raven's O is. Not sure who is going to be getting the yards - McGahee? Clayton? but I certainly know who is going to be getting the yards for the Bengals: Ocho Cinco, TJ Whosyamomma, and Rudi. Tough first game for an outstanding Baltimore D.

Cardinals at 49ers
PICK: 49ers
Good matchup here. I like the Cards as much as the next guy - more probably.....but I think that the 49ers are just a little further on the developmental learning curve. Both teams are improving and should be solid teams - dare I say playoff contenders?!?!, but the edge should go to the home team 49ers.

Well, there we go. Some pretty good games scheduled in week 1. I'm not McLovin' my picks...but I feel confident that I'll do well enough.

Good Luck Bitch!

Bitch... You Ready For Some Football?

So, um... Bitch...

You have your Week 1 picks ready yet?

I'll have my picks ready and I will have them up before the Colts/Saints tomorrow. You pussy-footed your way into football picks last year. This year you have to get in Week 1 so I can go to town on your picks from day 1.
